Building Your Case

attorney building your caseOnce the case has been officially filed with the correct court, our attorneys will begin to work with you on building a case. They will help you through the discovery process, making sure that all the right documents are submitted and requested from the opposing party. We will work with you through the interrogatories (questioning by the opposite party) and through any deposition process that is required for the case.

If you have boxes of paperwork that pertains to your case but do not know what is relevant, our staff will assist you by organizing this evidence in the matter of relevancy to the case. We will work diligently to provide you with the best legal defense so that your case has a successful outcome.
